Just Recently the City of Asbury Park NJ called upon retired NJ Supreme Court Justice the Hon Judge Solomon to review their contracts with the Redeveloper. The City needs to do the same in regard to this contract as well if no harm was done and the Hon Judge Linda Feinberg's Judicial Mandate and Court Order were upheld... This shouldn't be an issue here if the City is in the right, as All Contracts are made to be honored absent FRAUD, Contempt of Court and breach of fiduciary duties and duties of candor!
