Undisputed Fact: Court Records are Public Records.
As a former company, we have the right to tell our story as we broke no laws and can honestly say that we conducted business with Mogul Jay z's company and the Master Redeveloper for Asbury Park NJ. To only be sabotaged by City Officials and coming under fire from people who believed the Officials "without finding out the facts" before making judgment and blacklisting our company.
What were the City's Police Departments policies concerning their permit process for privately owned venues in Asbury Park NJ? The answer is NONE. Was one in place? The answer is NO! If there was a policy in place there would be no need for this action. The onus and negligence Are on Mr Louis Jordan, who was the Civilian Police Director at this time.
It was the responsibility of the Civilian Police Director to set these policies for privately owned venues to cooperate with the City's assessment of events, not to exercise police power and duties. It was Mr Jordan's responsibility to have a privately owned facility direct someone looking to book their privately owned facility to get their event assessed from the police department first, before spending out money to produce the event... This is common sense.
Had this policy been in place. There would be no need for this action! However, in Asbury Park NJ, history has proven that the majority of people side with who the like, are affiliated with and or are related to over right versus wrong.
In New Jersey, a settlement agreement obtained by concealing a court order is voidable, even if the agreement contains an "unknown clause" intended to bar claims over undiscovered facts. The principles of equity and contract law allow for rescission when a party has engaged in fraud, misrepresentation, or unconscionable conduct by withholding crucial information from the other side.

There is no Ordinance or State Statute to clarify that a Civilian Police Director has police powers. No matter how successful of a career they had.
In New Jersey in 2004, a Civilian Police Director could not conduct an intelligence investigation. Civilian directors are administrators without police powers and are explicitly prohibited from directing or performing criminal or internal affairs investigations. The state's law enforcement directives give that authority to sworn officers.
In New Jersey in 2004, a Civilian Police Director could not enforce ordinance laws personally. A Director's authority is administrative, not operational, and they do not have police powers by virtue of their appointment.
In New Jersey in 2004, a Civilian Police Director could not personally enforce the shutdown of an event because Civilian Directors do not possess police powers. Their role is administrative and managerial, not operational law enforcement.
